Neil Minnich

Neil Minnich has extensive experience in the insurance industry, with a career spanning several decades and multiple leadership roles. Currently retired since May 2023, Neil served as Senior Vice President at AIG from September 2014 to January 2023, overseeing International Personal Auto and Property and leading the EMEA Region's Accident, Health & Travel segment. Prior to this, Neil held the title of Senior Vice President for Personal Lines at AIG from December 2008 to September 2014, managing operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Neil's career at AIG began in December 2007 as Vice President, focusing on personal lines profit and loss across several regions. Earlier experience includes a lengthy tenure at Allstate, where Neil transitioned from Underwriter to Director, playing a pivotal role in establishing Deerbrook Insurance. Neil holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Hartford.
