Sachin Sachdeva

Sachin Sachdeva is a seasoned professional in program management and business resiliency, currently serving as the Head of Global Program Delivery and Enterprise Resiliency at AIG since August 2021. Prior experience includes significant leadership roles at BlackRock as Managing Director and Head of Client Experience Transformation and as Managing Director at SSA & Company, where Sachin led initiatives to enhance client efficiency and satisfaction in the financial services sector. Prior to these positions, Sachin held various senior leadership roles at Bank of America, emphasizing customer retention and operational excellence in banking services. Sachin holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a BA in Economics from the University of Maryland.
