Gabriele Serafini

Gabriele Serafini is an experienced meteorologist currently serving as an Addetto alle previsioni meteo at Centro Meteo Italiano since October 2020, where responsibilities include creating national weather forecasts, updating editorial content, and preparing video materials. As the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Meteo Lazio, Serafini has established a scientific portal and a social media presence dedicated to weather reporting. Additionally, Serafini contributes as an external collaborator with AIGAE, teaching basic meteorology to aspiring environmental guides, and is a founding member of Neve Appennino Associazione Culturale Scientifica Sportiva. Previous roles include service with Protezione Civile, editing web content for Meteo7, and collaborating with the Italian National Research Council on urban heat island studies in Rome.
