Juhua Zhu

Juhua Zhu has a long and successful career in the finance industry. Juhua started their career in 2005 as a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley. In 2018, they founded and became CIO of Aigen Investment Management, LP, a global investment management firm. At Aigen, they and their team employ diversified systematic strategies to deliver consistent investment returns to their capital partners. Their investment process is data driven, augmented by machine learning, and boosted by high power computing. The majority of their core team came from Morgan Stanley's Electronic Market Making (EMM) group.

Juhua Zhu obtained a PhD in Machine Learning, computer vision, and multimedia processing from Princeton University between 2001 and 2005.
