Rencel B. has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Rencel began their career at Guam Dai-Ichi Hotel in 1993 as an Executive Assistant/Personnel/Payroll. Rencel then worked at Pan Oceania Ltd/TNT Worldwide as an Executive Secretary/Personnel/Payroll. In 1997, Rencel joined Dick Pacific Construction as a Project Administrator. Rencel handled general administrative site work and project budgeting. From 2002 to 2003, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at NOVA GROUP INC. AAFB, GUAM, performing various administrative tasks. Rencel then worked at Aloha Waste Services/Unitek Solvent Services as an Accounting/Administrative Assistant Manager. Rencel'sresponsibilities included general administrative and accounting tasks. In 2008, they joined Convergys as a Tech Support 2. Rencel then moved to Transcom in 2009, where they held various roles such as Operations Supervisor, Coach, and Seasonal Business Manager. Rencel was responsible for leading teams, coaching, auditing, and managing daily operations. In 2016, Rencel joined Ubiquity Global Services as a MENULOG - Operations Supervisor and later became a Sales Operations Supervisor. Most recently, they worked at Aigent as an Operations Supervisor and was promoted to Operations Manager in 2019.
