Aytaj Musayeva

Aytaj Musayeva is an experienced project manager currently working at the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) since November 2022, focusing on the PMO project management and the Coordination Office of the Supervisory Board. Aytaj has held significant roles in various organizations, including serving as a leading specialist in utility portfolio asset management and strategic management at AİH since October 2021, and as a senior advisory consultant at EY from July 2018 to October 2021, where responsibilities included optimizing business processes and conducting cost and efficiency analyses. Prior experience includes positions as an import specialist at Veyseloglu Group of Companies, import manager at Gira Giersiepen GmbH & Co KG, and accommodation specialist with the Baku 2015 European Games Operation Committee. Aytaj holds a Master of Business Administration from Azerbaijan State University of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from The Academy of Public Administration under the President of Azerbaijan Republic.
