Dusanka started their career at SystemsAccountants as a Recruitment Consultant. In this role, they were responsible for candidate generation in ERP space (Netsuite, Microsoft Dynamics Nav/BC/AX/365, Unit4, Workday, Odoo), EPM and BI (Anaplan, PowerBI). Dusanka also managed candidate screening, qualifying, interview process management, offer management, and account management.

In their time at SystemsAccountants, Dusanka quickly gained industry knowledge and understanding of ERP, EPM and BI tools. Dusanka utilized internal CRM tool to ensure that actions are communicated throughout the entire organization. Dusanka also focused on business development in the Benelux market.

Dusanka is now a Talent Acquisition Specialist at AIHR. In this role, they are responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates for a variety of positions within the company.

Dusanka Durdevic has a Master of Science in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute, a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Languages from Rotterdam Business School, and a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration from HSBA Hamburg School of Business Administration. Dusanka also has a certification from the Health Sciences Authority in Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and a certification from Hogeschool Rotterdam in Propedeutic certificate.
