Jennifer K. Park

Jennifer K. Park has extensive experience in various roles, starting with their current position as the Founder and Executive Coach at Jennifer K. Park Coaching since January 2019. Jennifer K. then joined AIIR Consulting in February 2021 as an Executive Coach, where they help increase the effectiveness and performance of leaders and organizations through coaching and technology integration. Prior to this, they held the role of Vice President in Investment Banking at Credit Suisse from July 2011 to April 2012 and at Deutsche Bank from July 2007 to July 2011. In these positions, they managed M&A transactions, cultivated client relationships, and oversaw teams of analysts and associates. Before their banking roles, they worked as a General Manager at Kookmin Bank from October 2002 to October 2003, developing business processes and operations strategies. Jennifer K. started their career as a Consultant at PwC Consulting - People & Organization from July 2001 to October 2002, managing project financials and coordinating international teams for a wholesale electricity trading system project.

Jennifer K. Park has a diverse education history that spans several prestigious institutions. Jennifer K. began their education by earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in French Literature and Language from Ewha Womans University in 1998. Jennifer K. then pursued a Master of Arts degree in International Relations from Ewha Womans University, which they obtained in 2000.

Continuing their academic journey, Jennifer completed a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Education with a focus on the Spirituality Mind Body Institute (SMBI) at Teachers College, Columbia University from 2018 to 2020. Following this, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance and Accounting from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2005 to 2007.

Currently, Jennifer is working towards a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Organization and Leadership at Teachers College, Columbia University, with an expected completion date in 2024.

In addition to their extensive educational background, Jennifer has also obtained several certifications related to coaching and leadership. Jennifer K. has achieved the Columbia Credential Professional Executive Coach (CCPEC) certification from Teachers College, Columbia University in October 2022. Furthermore, they hold certifications in the Team Effectiveness Survey and Coaching Mindset Index from AIIR Consulting, obtained in February 2022 and October 2021, respectively. Jennifer also obtained the Hogan Assessment certification from Hogan Assessment Systems in January 2020. Prior to these certifications, they achieved the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from iPEC Coaching in August 2019 and the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coaching Federation in February 2021.
