Julie Rohmer, PCC has extensive work experience in coaching, consulting, and project management. Julie founded J Rohmer Coaching LLC in 2020 and worked as a Senior Executive Coach at AIIR Consulting in the same year. In 2021, they joined Prosci as a Principal Change Advisor and co-founded F.I.N.D. Julie has also worked at Comcast, where they held various leadership roles such as Vice President, CX and Technology Product Experience Integration, Executive Director of Customer Experience Transformation, Enterprise Program Management Office, and Senior Director of the Enterprise Program Management Office. Prior to that, they worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Senior Technical Project Manager and at The Forum Corporation as a Consultant. Julie has a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives, implementing change management frameworks, and improving customer experiences.
