Kerry Bunker, Ph.D. has a strong background in executive coaching and leadership development. They are the Founder and President of Wayfinder Executive Coaching, LLC, where they serve as an executive coach, leadership team mentor, workshop designer and facilitator, organizational consultant, keynote speaker, and author since 2009. In addition, Kerry is currently an Executive Coach at AIIR Consulting since 2019 and a Founding Partner at Wayfinders Leadership Collaborative since 2017. They have also held roles as a Senior Fellow and Adjunct Executive Coach at the Center for Creative Leadership since 2010, a Senior Fellow in Human Capital at The Conference Board from 2011 to 2017, and a Senior Fellow and Manager at the Center for Creative Leadership from 2006 to 2009. Kerry began their career at AT&T as a Senior Researcher in Human Resources from 1976 to 1987.

Kerry Bunker, Ph.D. completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Montana in 1969. Kerry then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Western Michigan University, which they obtained between 1970 and 1972. Kerry later earned a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida, completing their studies between 1972 and 1976.

In addition to their formal education, Kerry Bunker also obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include Hogan Assessments Certification from Hogan Assessments in April 2023, Team Effectiveness Survey Certified Practitioner from AIIR Consulting in February 2022, Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion (EDI) with CCL from the Center for Creative Leadership in May 2021, Coaching Mindset Index from AIIR Consulting in March 2020, and iEQ9 Integrative Enneagram Accredited Practitioner from Integrative Enneagram Solutions in July 2019.
