Krystyna Litwa is an experienced leader in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as General Manager at Design to Align Consulting & Coaching since February 2023, where collaboration with CEOs and leaders aims to enhance leadership effectiveness and impact. Additionally, Krystyna is a Senior Executive Leadership Coach at AIIR Consulting, focusing on developing leadership and team dynamics through innovative frameworks and technology. Previous roles include MEA Head of Human Resources at Vertiv Co and Human Resources Executive at Mena Energy DMCC. Krystyna began professional life as a Talent Consultant at SEC Recruitment. Academically, Krystyna holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Behavior from Birkbeck, University of London, and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania i Bankowości.
