Maria Wade has a diverse education history. Maria completed their Master of Jurisprudence and Juris Doctor degree in Law from Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, studying from 1993 to 2000. Later, from 2005 to 2008, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Innovation and Project Management at The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA). In 2008-2009, they furthered their education in finance and financial management services through a Professional Retraining program at RANEPA. Most recently, in 2018-2019, Maria attended Columbia University to obtain an Advanced Certification in Executive Coaching from The Columbia Coaching Certification Program.

Additionally, Maria Wade has acquired several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2017, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Two years later, in 2019, Maria achieved the Columbia Credential Professional Executive Coach (CCPEC) certification from Teachers College, Columbia University. Maria also holds certifications such as Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation (obtained in 2020), and Leadership Circle Profile Certification from The Leadership Circle (obtained in 2020).
