Nikki Moberly is a certified executive coach with a strong background in leadership development and career transitions. Nikki founded the company Big Breakthroughs in 2018, where they provide executive coaching services. In 2019, Nikki joined BetterUp as a Premier Fellow and Executive Coach, where they supported high-level clients in their personal and professional growth. Nikki also served as a grief coach subject matter expert, group coach, and facilitator at BetterUp. In 2020, Nikki founded GriefMatters, offering compassionate support to individuals experiencing grief. Nikki has also worked with organizations such as AIIR Consulting, Cisco, and Women in Government Relations as an executive coach. Additionally, Nikki has contributed as a member and content contributor to the Forbes Coaches Council, providing thought leadership on various topics. Nikki currently holds the role of CoachHub Executive Coach and continues to pursue their passion for executive coaching at GrowthSpace.
