Ren Wiebe

Ren Wiebe has a diverse range of work experience in leadership coaching and development. Ren is currently a Partner at Alliance By Design, where they help individuals and organizations with sustainable leadership development. Ren is also an Executive Coach and Facilitator at AIIR Consulting, providing leadership coaching and development services. Prior to their current roles, Ren worked as a Senior Associate Consultant at Lee Hecht Harrison and Knightsbridge Human Capital Solutions, specializing in Leadership Development and Coaching. Ren also has experience as a Career Consultant at JVS Toronto and as a Syndication Manager at Lakeview Development in the real estate industry.

Ren Wiebe earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree with a specialization in Finance and Human Resources from the University of Manitoba. This degree was obtained between the years 1978 and 1982. Following that, Wiebe pursued further education and graduated with a Masters of Education (App. Psych.) degree in Career Coaching and Applied Psychology from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto. This degree was obtained between the years 1990 and 1992.
