Rosa Grunhaus Belzer Ph.D, PCC

Rosa Grunhaus Belzer, Ph.D, PCC has extensive experience in executive coaching, leadership development, and consulting. Rosa is currently working as a Senior Executive Coach at CoachSource LLC and as an Executive Coach, Founder, and Principal Consultant at drrosacoaching.com. Rosa has previously worked as an Executive Coach at the Center for Creative Leadership and as a Senior Executive Coach at AIIR Consulting. Rosa also has their own psychological corporation where they provide executive coaching and mentor coaching services. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Coaching Talent Leader at the Center for Creative Leadership, where they recruited, selected, and developed executive coaches in Western North America and Latin America. Rosa has also held roles as a President at BGB Consulting and as an Associate Consultant at The Bader Group. Rosa has a background in clinical and consulting psychology and has worked as a Director of Clinical Training at the Douglas Young Clinic and as a Consulting Psychologist at the CSPP-SD Mental Health Clinic.

Rosa Grunhaus Belzer Ph.D, PCC pursued their education and obtained a B.A in Psychology and Philosophy from Tel Aviv University between 1973 and 1976. After this, they attended the California School of Professional Psychology- San Diego from 1980 to 1984, where they earned their Ph.D in Clinical Psychology.

In addition to their academic achievements, Rosa Grunhaus Belzer Ph.D, PCC has obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 1985, they became a licensed psychologist, certified by the California Board Of Psychology. Rosa furthered their qualifications by obtaining an ACW certification from the Center for Creative Leadership in January 2000.

Rosa Grunhaus Belzer Ph.D, PCC continued to enhance their skillset and expertise by acquiring different certifications in subsequent years. In 2009, they obtained the Hogan certification from Hogan Assessment Systems and completed the WB5P certification from Paradigm Personality Labs. Later, in 2013, they obtained the Influence Style Indicator certification through Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS).

Most recently, in January 2015, Rosa Grunhaus Belzer Ph.D, PCC achieved the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF). Their final certification, as a Certified Mentor Coach, was obtained from The Goldvarg Consulting Group in January 2016.
