Tatiana Krawczyńska-Zaucha PhD, MCC has extensive work experience in various leadership and coaching roles. Tatiana currently holds the position of Adjunct Professor and Lecturer at the Pedagogical University of Cracow, where they specialize in Management and Applied Ethics. Tatiana also works as an Executive Coach, Trainer, and Facilitator for TPC Leadership and Cisco, where they focus on leadership development and coaching. Tatiana has served as a Global Executive Coach for AIIR Consulting, a consultancy dedicated to increasing the effectiveness and performance of leaders and organizations. Tatiana is a Certified Executive Coach for Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching and offers structured assessments and coaching processes to help leaders achieve positive, lasting change. Prior to their coaching career, Tatiana held the role of Regional Manager at Cegedim Group Poland.

Tatiana Krawczyńska-Zaucha, PhD, MCC has a diverse education history. Tatiana obtained a High School degree in Klasa Klasyczna z j. łacińskim i j. greckim from I Liceum Ogólnokształcące in 1993. Tatiana continued their studies at the Papieska Akademia Teologiczna w Krakowie and earned a Master's Degree in Filozofia, Teologia in 1997. Tatiana then pursued a Master's Degree in Ochrona Środowiska at Jagiellonian University from 1997 to 2002.

In 2003-2004, Tatiana Krawczyńska-Zaucha attended Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie and completed a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management. After that, they focused on their academic career and enrolled at the Pontifical University of John Paul II in Cracow. From 2014 to 2016, they studied Etyka coacha and completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in the field.

In addition to their academic accomplishments, Tatiana Krawczyńska-Zaucha has also obtained various certifications. Tatiana earned the designation of Master Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation in May 2021, and prior to that, in June 2016, they became a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the same institution. Tatiana has been certified as a BetterUp Conscious Business Coach by BetterUp in May 2020 and as a StandOut Strengths Coaching Certified Trainer by The Marcus Buckingham Company in June 2018.

Tatiana Krawczyńska-Zaucha has also pursued additional certifications and training programs to enhance their skills. Tatiana has obtained certifications in Introduction to Digital Journalism from Reuters in January 2023, Design Thinking for Innovation from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in August 2021, and International and Cross-Cultural Negotiation from the ESSEC Business School in June 2021. Tatiana also completed a Design Thinking certificate program from COCC10 in October 2020.

Furthermore, Tatiana Krawczyńska-Zaucha holds certifications in Executive Coaching and the Global Leader of the Future (GLOF) 360 Assessment from the Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching. Tatiana is a Certified Canfield Trainer from The Canfield Training Group since November 2006. In April 2014, they completed a program called "Transforming Communication" offered by Richard Bolstad, Transformations International Consulting & Training Ltd. New Zealand. Another notable accomplishment is their certification as a Certified BetterUp Conscious Business Coach. Lastly, they pursued a coaching certification program titled "Coaching w biznesie (R)" in April 2014.
