Tonushree Mondal has extensive experience in consulting and leadership development. Tonushree is the President of their own consulting firm, Tonushree Mondal Consulting LLC, where they provide strategic advice to companies on culture, talent, and leadership development. Tonushree also guides organizations through HR shifts during times of change and specializes in areas such as people strategy, leadership development, talent review, succession planning, and executive coaching.

Before starting their own firm, Tonushree Mondal worked as an Executive Coach/Independent Consultant at AIIR Consulting, a business psychology consulting firm. Here, they focused on increasing the effectiveness and performance of individuals and organizations using technology platforms and telepresence technology.

Prior to their role at AIIR Consulting, they were the SVP of Organizational Effectiveness at Hudson's Bay Company, where they led leadership development, talent management, analytics, communications, and change management for multiple banners including Saks Fifth Avenue and Lord and Taylor.

Tonushree Mondal also has a strong background in leadership and organization performance from their time at Mercer, where they served as a Partner and the US Practice Leader for Leadership and Organization Performance. In this role, they led engagements on talent strategy, organization design, leadership development, and workforce talent management for various global organizations.

Tonushree began their career as a Manager of Human Resources at Arvind Limited, where they led workforce planning, recruitment, and employee relations for a garment manufacturing unit.

Throughout their career, Tonushree Mondal has gained expertise in areas such as culture establishment, strategic workforce planning, executive coaching, change management, and HR effectiveness. Tonushree has worked with clients across various industries and geographies, helping them design and implement global strategies and navigate complex HR challenges.

Tonushree Mondal completed their MBA in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, they obtained a BA degree in Economics from Jadavpur University from 1991 to 1994. However, there is no information available about their earlier education or degree obtained. In terms of additional certifications, they acquired the title of Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation in 2021. In 2020, they obtained the Certified Professional Coach certification from iPEC Coaching and the ELI-MP certification, also from iPEC Coaching.
