Pia Padfield currently serves as Principal Employment Counsel at Personio, starting in October 2023. Pia has extensive experience in various roles, including President of the Inhouse Counsel Board at AIJA since August 2018, where efforts focus on increasing in-house membership and networking opportunities. Previous positions include Senior Employment Counsel for EMEA & APAC at NBCUniversal and Senior Counsel for Labor & Employment EMEA at Rimini Street, alongside a tenure at Simmons & Simmons recognized as Band 1 for Employment by Chambers & Partners UK. Pia's earlier experience encompasses functions as Of Counsel at Ogletree Deakins and Senior Employment Solicitor at Adecco, providing strategic legal advice on employment issues. Educational qualifications include a Legal Practice Course and a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP Law School, along with a MA Honours in Italian and History of Art from The University of Edinburgh.
