Debbie Gentry, MSN, RN, OCN has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in oncology services and nursing leadership. Starting as an Oncology Staff Nurse at Margaret Pardee Memorial Hospital, Debbie has held various director and managerial positions at companies such as Aiken Regional Medical Centers, Sparks Health System, and Baptist Health Fort Smith & Van Buren. With a background in Research & Development at E.I. DuPont, Debbie later pursued a MSN in Leadership and Management from Walden University.
