Elena Kam

Elena Kam is a seasoned product leader with extensive experience in product management and engineering. Currently serving as a Product Owner and Product Manager at Ailet since July 2018, Elena previously held the role of Product Manager at BARS GROUP from March 2016 to July 2018. Elena's career commenced at Kazan Electrotechnical Plant, where roles included Senior Planning Engineer, Head of Lean Laboratory, Head of IT Department, and Developer from October 2012 to March 2016. Elena holds two master's degrees from Kazan National Research Technical University named after A.N. Tupolev – KAI, one in Criminal Justice and Corrections (2010-2014) and another in Management Information Systems (2008-2013).
