Magdalena Twarog

Magdalena Twarog has a diverse work experience in various roles in the field of IT project management. Magdalena is currently working at Ailleron as the IT Operations Director since November 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior IT Project Manager at the same company from March 2021 to November 2022. Before joining Ailleron, Magdalena worked at HSBC as an IT Project Manager from November 2019 to March 2021. Magdalena also has experience working at Infosys, where they held multiple roles including IT Project Management Office Lead, IT Project Management Officer, and IT Project Management Office Lead/Service Level Manager from 2016 to 2019. Additionally, they worked at Tagvenue as an Onboarding Manager from July 2015 to April 2016 and at WebSpirit as an IT Project Manager from February 2015 to August 2015, as well as an IT Support Customer Service Manager from August 2008 to January 2015.

Magdalena Twarog has a comprehensive education history and has pursued various academic and professional certifications. Magdalena obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. Magdalena then pursued a Master's degree in Management at the same university, completing it from 2011 to 2013. Subsequently, they joined Jagiellonian University and pursued another Master's degree, this time in Law, from 2014 to 2020.

In addition to their academic achievements, Magdalena has obtained several certifications to further enhance their professional expertise. Magdalena received the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) credential from APMG International in January 2018. In December 2018, they acquired the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification from the same institution. Additionally, they obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification from Altkom Akademia in May 2019, and the Lean IT Association certification from APMG International in October 2019. Their most recent certification, AgileBA® Foundation, was obtained from APMG International in May 2022.
