Matías J. Aguayo Grove

Matías J. Aguayo Grove is a Migration Specialist at AIM Global since December 2022, assisting individuals with international mobility, visas, residency, and citizenship matters. Matías co-founded TheLxProject in October 2023, where web development expertise is applied to enhance brand identity and online visibility. Previously, Matías served as a Hunter at Rappi from February 2021 to February 2022, focusing on acquiring and developing business partners and expanding franchises, after an internship supporting the sales team in the restaurants' commercial area. Matías holds a Master's degree in Ingeniería Comercial, Ciencias de la Administración de Empresas, and a Bachelor's degree in Ingeniería Comercial from Universidad de Chile, where also served as a Teaching Assistant in Marketing.
