Mohamed Ibrahim has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Mohamed started their career as a Freelance Software Developer at Suez 4 u group in 2006. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Senior Software Developer at ASSET Technology Group, where they were involved in the design and implementation of various software products and services for clients such as Vodafone Egypt. In 2010, they joined Vodafone Egypt as a Billing and Charging Specialist, responsible for upgrading and integrating the billing system with other IT systems. Mohamed then moved to Etisalat in 2016, where they held the roles of Senior Technical Expert and Manager - Postpaid Charging. Mohamed worked on BSS solution and billing integration, as well as managing enterprise segments and system upgrades. In 2021, Mohamed joined Orange Egypt as a Senior Manager - Postpaid charging, before becoming the Chief Technology Officer at AIM Technologies in 2023.

Mohamed Ibrahim attended the Faculty of Computer and Information Systems at Cairo University from 2002 to 2006. Mohamed obtained a degree in Information Technology with a Very Good classification and the degree of honor. In 2020, they received a certification in Learning Program Management from LinkedIn.
