Nirmal Singh Sheetal

Nirmal Singh Sheetal has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In 2009, they worked as a Management Trainee in the Finance & Operations department of Quest Diagnostics (India) Pvt Ltd. During this internship, they focused on optimizing logistics, inventory control, and supply chain management systems. Nirmal also gained experience in finance and accounts, logistics, and sales.

From 2010 to 2012, Nirmal held the position of Sales & Marketing I/C at Global Inspection Services WLL. In this role, they were responsible for commercial and contract management, strategic planning, bid preparation, and maintaining records in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 and GIS standards. Nirmal also managed key accounts, participated in business development, and introduced new non-destructive evaluation/inspection (NDE/NDT) methods.

Starting in 2013, Nirmal worked at Sigma Enterprises LLC, where they initially served as a Sales Engineer for NDT/Inspections before transitioning to the role of Sales Engineer for Inspections. Nirmal provided technical expertise and support to clients, as well as contributed to the marketing and sales potential of new NDE/NDT methods.

From 2016 to 2020, Nirmal worked as an Area Sales Manager at REDA Group. In this position, they demonstrated their strong leadership skills by effectively managing sales operations within their assigned area.

In 2022, they joined Avantor as an Account Manager, where they held responsibilities for managing client accounts.

Currently, Nirmal is employed at Aimil Ltd. as a Deputy Business Manager, a role they assumed in November 2022.

Nirmal Singh Sheetal's education history begins with their completion of the AISSCE-12th at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Dungrin, Hamirpur from 1997 to 2004. Nirmal then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry and Biotechnology at the Mahatama Gandhi Institute of Applied Sciences, University of Rajsthan from 2005 to 2008. In 2006, Nirmal attended the Institute of Non-destructive Testing & Training, where they obtained ASNT Level II certifications in NDT-UT, MT, PT, and RT. Lastly, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Marketing at the NIILM Center for Management Studies from 2008 to 2010.
