Srinivas Shende

Srinivas Shende has a solid background in technical sales and quality assurance/quality control within the construction industry. Srinivas is currently working as an Assistant Manager in Technical Sales at Aimil Ltd. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior Executive in Technical Sales at CBS Chemicals, where they handled key accounts, pre-sales, and payments. Srinivas also gained experience in concrete technology, including product development, mix optimization, and formulation.

Before joining CBS Chemicals, Srinivas worked as a Senior Executive in QA/QC at Firstchoice Ready Mix. In this role, they were responsible for customer handling, site visits, production control and planning, as well as material quality testing and reporting.

Earlier in their career, Srinivas worked as an Executive in QA/QC at Reliable Concrete and Lafarge India Pvt. Ltd. At Reliable Concrete, they performed laboratory testing of aggregate, fresh concrete properties, and hardened concrete tests, including cement testing and materials test reports. At Lafarge India Pvt. Ltd., they held the position of Executive in QA/QC.
