Jay Suresh has been working in the field of customer success since 2021, when they began their role as Head of Customer Success at AIMLEAP. Prior to this, they were a Customer Success Consultant at the same company. Before joining AIMLEAP, Jay was a Manager at Capgemini, where they worked in Resource Supply Chain Consulting/Process Consulting. In 2013, they completed a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Project with Sharda Motor Industries Ltd. In 2012, Jay completed a two-month internship at NTPC Ltd with the Corporate Material Management Department, where they achieved a 20% reduction in lead time of materials and services procurement process and identified potential savings of Rs. 5 Crore per annum. In 2011, Jay worked as an Assistant Manager at Nayara Energy, where they managed inbound and outbound logistics, redesigned and implemented truck inspection and loading process for black oil, and improved the Turn Around Time of loading operations.
Jay Suresh holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Operations Management from Symbiosis International University, obtained between 2011 and 2013. Jay also holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the 2010 B.Tech NSS College of Engineering Palakkad University of Calicut, obtained between 2006 and 2010. In addition, they have obtained certifications for Connected Manager from Harvard Business School in September 2020, Six Sigma Green Belt from KPMG in March 2013, IBM SPSS (Statistical Software for Data Analysis) from IBM in November 2012, and Business Strategy Simulation Professional from Capsim Management Simulations Inc. in September 2012.
