Maria Viggiano

Head, Customer Success at Daffy

Maria Viggiano is the current head of customer success at Daffy. Prior to their current role, they served as a strategic partner manager at Meta, where they managed a book of business of nonprofit partners and supported them to increase value and output across Meta's Family of Apps. Viggiano has also served as the regional director for Leadership for Educational Equity, where they led the Connecticut region of the organization and developed and launched two new training programs that were scaled nationally across 18 U.S. regions. In 2011, they co-founded Excel Bridgeport, where they served as executive director until 2014.

Maria Viggiano has a Master of Education from Harvard University in Education Policy and Management and a Bachelor of Arts from Boston University in Political Science. Maria also has certification from the University of Michigan in Intro to AR/VR/MR/XR: Technologies, Applications & Issues and certification from Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education in Executive Certificate in Public Policy. Additionally, they are certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute and as an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Maria Viggiano reports to Adam Nash, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Alejandro Crosa - Co-Founder & CTO, Valerie Brown - Office Manager, and Alex Gyr - VP, Partnerships & Growth.
