Alexia Bull is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer solutions and employment law. Currently serving as Head of Customer Solutions at Employment Hero since February 2024, Alexia leads the high-value customer experience segment, focusing on various aspects including Platform Solutions and Customer Success. Prior to this, Alexia held multiple leadership roles at Sequoia, culminating in the position of Director of Client Consulting, where a cross-functional team was managed to support major Mid-Market clients with their people strategies. Alexia also has a solid background in workplace relations and employment law, having worked as a Workplace Relations Specialist at Commonwealth Bank and as a Solicitor at DLA Piper, where involvement in employment litigation and workplace advisory services was prominent. Alexia holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws from UNSW, as well as a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law.
