Karen Warolin

Karen Warolin has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Karen started their career at CV Therapeutics in 2004 as a Market Research/Business Analytics professional, where they provided market insights and supported various departments. In 2012, they worked as an Associate Epidemiologist in Oncology at Genentech. From 2014 to 2016, they held a role in Performance Analytics at Health Mart at McKesson. Karen then joined BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. in 2016 as a Senior Manager, leading forecasting and data analytics activities for the PKU franchise. Most recently, they have been working at Aimmune Therapeutics since 2019, first as an Associate Director in Global Market Planning and Business Intelligence, and currently as the Head of Forecasting and Business Analysis. During their sabbatical from 2007 to 2011, they focused on spending time with their family, volunteering in the community, and managing a real estate development project.

Karen Warolin has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Business from the University of St. Thomas. Karen also has a Master of Public Health degree with a focus on Epidemiology from Columbia University. Additionally, Karen spent a year studying Biology and Biological Sciences as a junior at Lancaster University.
