Fredrik Hesse

Fredrik Hesse has a diverse work experience, with a focus on sales, technical management, and IT.

Fredrik started their career as an Assembly and Test Technician at Swecoin AB, where they worked on high-end ticket printers and ID-card related kiosks. Fredrik then moved on to Metric Ticketing Systems AB as a Mechanical Design Engineer and later became a Project Manager.

Hesse joined Cetwin AB as a Mechanical Design Engineer, where they played a key role in designing ID card manufacturing solutions. Fredrik then transitioned to Swecoin AB, where they held multiple roles, including Manufacturing Engineer, IT Manager, and Logistics Manager.

At Zebra Technologies, Hesse served as the General Manager of Operations for the Swedish subsidiary and the Services Development Manager for EMEA.

Fredrik moved to Q-Park as the Technical Director, overseeing ICT, parking technology, purchasing, and technical project management. Fredrik later became the Technical Director responsible for coordinating technical activities across the Nordic countries.

Currently, Hesse is working at Aimo Sweden, where they started as the IT Director and took on additional roles as the Technical Sales Director and Sales and Solutions Director. In their IT Director role, they focused on building a new Nordic IT organization and led various projects, such as Windows domain migration, WAN design, and the launch of a cloud-based intranet.

Hesse's work experience showcases their expertise in sales, technical management, and IT, and their ability to lead and carry out projects successfully.

Fredrik Hesse received their Gymnasieingenjör degree in Technical - Mechanical Engineering from Åva Gymnasium between 1990 and 1993. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Manufacturing and Industrial Economics at KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 1993 to 1997.
