Raynard Ezra Welikande

Raynard Ezra Welikande is a skilled portfolio manager with extensive experience in real estate investment and asset management. Currently serving as the Portfolio Manager at AIMS APAC REIT since October 2022, Raynard previously held key roles such as Senior Investment and Asset Manager at Storefriendly Singapore, where leadership was provided for real estate acquisitions and industrial asset management.
