Dee Shultz

Dee Shultz has a significant tenure at Aims Community College, starting in July 2007 and currently serving as Chief HR Officer of Employee Services, having previously held titles such as Executive Director/CHRO, Executive Director of HR, and Assistant Director of Human Resources. Prior to this role, Dee Shultz gained valuable experience at Boys & Girls Clubs of Weld County from 1977 to 2007, where contributions included the position of HR Benefits Specialist and Assistant Executive Director.
