Jesús Hernández is a seasoned Consultor Senior in Human Resources and organizational change at AIN - Asociación de la Industria Navarra since November 2004, specializing in organizational consulting, team development, and change management, including the promotion of innovative culture and continuous improvement methodologies. Previously, Jesús served as a Human Resources Consultant and Coordinator of Innovation at Human Management Systems from August 1996 to October 2004, where projects focused on selection, training, and HR consultancy.
