María Monteserín Leiva

María Monteserín Leiva is an experienced R&D Project Manager at AIN - Asociacion de la Industria Navarra since March 2011, specializing in research on new materials and synthesis of nanoparticles. Prior to this role, María served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Universidad de Burgos from September 2005 to February 2011, focusing on liposomes, fluorescent probes, and encapsulation. Additionally, María conducted research as a PhD researcher at the same institution, exploring colloidal systems, surfactants, and fluorescent probes. As an Invited Researcher at Universidade de Coimbra from March 2006 to July 2008, María engaged in molecular dynamics simulations, time-resolved fluorescence, diffusion, and studies of polyelectrolytes. Earlier experience includes a position at VW Navarra in the Quality and Purchase Materials Laboratory from April 2003 to April 2004. María holds a PhD in Chemistry from Universidad de Burgos and a Licenciada in Chemistry from the University of Navarra.
