Kate Zheng (Jian)

Kate (Jian) Zheng is a Senior Process Engineer currently employed at Ainley Group since January 2023, previously holding similar positions at WSP Global and Environmental Infrastructure Solutions Inc. Kate has extensive experience in water and wastewater treatment, having contributed to significant projects such as the Niagara Falls Wastewater Treatment Plant Secondary Upgrades and the Welland Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrades. Additional roles include Project Designer at Cole Engineering and AECOM Technology Cooperation, where Kate participated in the design and upgrades of various treatment systems. Kate holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and a Master of Applied Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Ottawa.
