Troy Gehmlich

Troy Gehmlich is an experienced electrician specializing in HVAC controls and building automation, currently working at Ainsworth Inc since January 2023 and at ESC Automation since May 2017. In these roles, Troy is responsible for planning and installing Building Management Systems, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC controls. Prior to this, from March 1991 to December 2016, Troy held various management positions at Acklands-Grainger, including Manager of Catalogue Production, where oversight included a team of desktop publishers and the production of extensive marketing materials in both English and French. Educational qualifications include a Red Seal Endorsement from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in the Electrical Apprenticeship Program and business management degrees focusing on Human Resources Management and General Management.
