Jc Irani

JC Irani has a diverse work experience spanning from 1979 to present. JC started as an Audit Assistant at Ernst & Young from 1979 to 1981. JC then worked as an Area Chief Accountant at Shell Trading from 1981 to 1989, where they were responsible for implementing accounting systems for joint ventures in the Middle East. From 1989 to 1997, JC Irani served as an Audit Manager at Price Waterhouse Coopers LLC. JC joined Aiolos Engineering Corporation in 1997 as a Director and Controller, and later became the Chief Financial Officer and Director at Aiolos Engineering in 2018. In 2018, they also served as the Chief Financial Officer at 1286803 Ontario Limited until 2020.

JC Irani obtained a B.Comm degree in Accounting and Auditing from Sydenham College and Commerce and Economics in 1976. Prior to that, they completed high school certification at St.Xavier's High School from 1960 to 1972. JC then went on to receive ACMA degrees in Cost and Management Accounting from both the Institute of Cost Accountants of India in 1979 and The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in 1981. In addition, they earned a CA degree in Accounting and Auditing from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1979. JC also has certifications from various professional bodies in India, UK, and Canada, including CA and CMA. Notably, they completed both the CGA and CMA degrees from the Certified General Accountants of Ontario and Certified Management Accountants of Ontario, respectively, during the years 1987 to 1990.
