Ajay Krishnan is the Head of Product (Vice President) at Aion. Ajay is a seasoned strategy, operations and product management practitioner. He has 12+ years of experience building innovative products, transforming operating models and leading high functioning teams to achieve scalable growth and improve customer experience. Managed teams across various disciplines such as strategy, program management, product management, business operations, fi nance, compliance and consulting. Obsessed with the art and science of defi ning strategy with tactics.

Prior to this role, Ajay worked for both large and small consulting firms, where he helped drive profitability and digital growth for clients in the financial services space.

Ajay holds a master's degree from Duke University (Durham, US) and a bachelor's degree from R.V College of Engineering (Bangalore, India).
