Adam Bartoszewski

Product Design Manager at Aion Digital

Adam Bartoszewski has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Adam is currently working as a Product Design Manager at Aion Digital since May 2021, where they are responsible for leading the product design team and overseeing the digital transformation of the banks' design and user experience.

Prior to their current role, Adam worked as a freelance UX/UI designer from October 2015 to present, taking on various design projects. Additionally, from October 2007 to October 2016, they worked as a designer during their freelance career.

Adam also gained experience at Flying Bisons, where they held multiple roles. As a Lead Product Designer from October 2019 to June 2021, they led up to 5 digital products and took part in the full product cycle, from discovery to optimization. Adam also served as a Senior UX Designer from April 2019 to October 2019, overseeing the entire design process and leading a team of UX and UI designers. Before that, from January 2019 to October 2019, they worked as a Product Designer at the same company, focusing on user experience and business goals equally. Additionally, from April 2018 to March 2019, they held a position as a UX Designer.

Adam's previous experiences include working as a Senior Graphic Designer at Audioteka from February 2015 to August 2016, where they contributed to graphic design projects. Adam also worked as a Designer at House of Brand Max von Yastrov from April 2010 to October 2011, specializing in package design for Lidl. Furthermore, they volunteered as a Designer at Centrul Educațional Interetnic pentru Tineret from July 2009 to September 2009, creating marketing materials.

In the early stages of their career, Adam had a trainee position as a member of the User Experience team at Intive from February 2009 to June 2009. Adam was also a member of Creative Units at AIESEC from August 2008 to September 2008 and worked as a Creative from October 2007 to May 2008 at the same organization.

Adam Bartoszewski attended the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin from 2005 to 2010, where they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in computer science with a focus on multimedia.

In addition to their formal education, Adam Bartoszewski also obtained certifications in the field of design and analytics. In July 2018, they completed the "Human-Centered Design: an Introduction" course offered by the University of California San Diego on Coursera, earning a certificate from Coursera Course Certificates. Later in October 2018, they obtained certification in "Advanced Google Analytics" from Google.
