Muhammad Salman has over 16 years of experience in IT management roles. Muhammad'smost recent position was as the Head of Support Services at Aion Digital, where they managed IT activities across multiple sites and developed a full-service desk using JIRA. Prior to that, they worked as an IT Manager at LHG - London Hotel Group for 9 years, overseeing IT activities for the hotel group and implementing IT contingency and disaster recovery plans. Muhammad also served as an IT Manager at Habibsons Bank Limited, managing the IT operations department for all UK and overseas branches and providing technical design and guidance for application deployment.

Muhammad Salman pursued their education at Wayne State University from 1998 to 2003, where they attained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. In addition, they obtained the Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) V10 certification from the EC-Council in June 2019.
