Rafia Salik

Rafia Salik has extensive experience in human resources and training roles. Rafia worked as the Group Human Resources Manager at Aion Digital, leading various HR functions such as recruitment, talent management, compensation, and HR operations. Rafia played a key role in shaping and establishing the HR setup at the company.

Prior to that, Rafia was the HR and Office Manager at Etihad Services LLC, where they managed HR and administration functions. Rafia also supported the CEO in sales meetings.

At Bayer Pharmaceuticals, Rafia served as the Training & Organizational Development Manager. Rafia Salik's education history begins in 1998 when they attended City School PAF Chapter and obtained their O Levels degree in Commerce. From 2002 to 2006, they pursued their BBA degree in Marketing at the Institute of Business Management (IoBM). Following this, from 2006 to 2009, they pursued an MBA degree in Human Resources Management at the same institute. Lastly, in 2023 and 2024, they attended Avado where they obtained a CIPD Level 5 in People Management, focusing on Human Resources Development.
