Shabkhez M. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. From 1997 to 2001, Shabkhez worked at A. F. Ferguson & Co (PwC Pakistan) as a Supervising Senior and Audit Trainee. In 2001, Shabkhez joined Pakistan Petroleum Limited as the Finance Lead for Joint Ventures. Following this, from 2002 to 2004, Shabkhez served as a Senior Auditor/Auditor at Kinnevik AB. In 2004, Shabkhez briefly worked at Jazz (previously known as Mobilink) as a Consultant for Business Process Re-Engineering. Shabkhez joined EY in 2005 and held various roles including Senior Manager, Manager, Associate Director, Operations Leader/COO, TMT sector & Risk Consulting Leader, and Client Service & Engagement Partner. During this time, Shabkhez also served as the MENA/EMEIA/Global Leader for EY Training. In 2021, Shabkhez took on the role of MENA Partner at Outvise and Co-Founder and Chief Operating & Commercial Officer at Aion Digital. Currently, Shabkhez is also a Founder of a confidential company since 2023.

Shabkhez M. began their education in 1997 and completed it in 2001 at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. Shabkhez obtained a degree in Chartered Accountancy during this time. Additionally, in May 2001, they obtained the certification of Fellow Chartered Accountant from the same institution, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.
