Christopher Short

Christopher Short is the current president of Southern Elevator. Prior to this, they were the education accounts manager at Connecticut Computer Service, Inc. (CTComp) from October 2001 to February 2004, where they drove direct sales of IT training services to small- and medium-sized businesses. Christopher also established relationships with major in-state accounts, including BIC, People’s Bank, and HB Communications. Short then became the service sales manager at Brown Elevator Company from February 2005 to June 2008, where they ensured excellent customer service via scheduling of monthly service routes/repairs for a team of nine technicians. Christopher also managed ordering and inventory control, ensured safety and code compliance, and achieved the monthly service and repair department budget by quoting and selling services. Short began their career as an account executive at Clear Channel Radio from February 2004 to February 2005, and then at Connecticut Telephone from May 1998 to October 2001.
