Karla Penuela

Karla holds an Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a minor in Ethnic Studies. She worked with youth in education for seven years before transitioning her career to the corporate world. She landed a role as an Executive Assistant which allowed her to learn about all the different roles that contribute to the overall success of a company -- ultimately driving her towards the technological side. Learning about how things communicated internally and troubleshooting different forms of technology was a new-found interest she couldn't wait to pursue. Once she received her Salesforce Admin Certification, she began searching for the perfect role that would kick off her new career.

Karla joined AIQUEOUS in March 2022 as a Jr. Business Analyst. In this role, she collects and documents data from the clients’ Salesforce instances to create a more standardized and streamlined workflow process. She also analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate and improve existing systems. In addition to her primary job functions, Karla handles admin functions such as developing reports, dashboards, and user account maintenance.
