Olga Kolesnikova

Olga Kolesnikova is an experienced professional in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as the Pilot Recruitment Manager at airBaltic since April 2022. Prior to this role, Olga held various positions in recruitment and talent acquisition, including IT Recruitment and Talent Acquisition at Tieto Latvia from May 2019 to March 2022, where responsibilities included managing the full recruitment process and participating in employer branding initiatives. From September 2012 to May 2019, Olga worked as a Business Coordinator and Recruitment Consultant at Simplika and as a Recruitment Consultant at CVO Recruitment Latvia, contributing to HR services and specialized recruitment in the Baltic states.
