Carlos Faxas

Carlos Faxas has extensive experience in the airline industry, currently serving as Managing Director of Ops Mod and Tech Enablement at Air Canada since November 2016. Previous roles at Air Canada include Senior Director of Digital Product and Design and Director of eCommerce and Digital Product. Carlos Faxas began a career in aviation at Continental Airlines, progressing from General Sales to Analyst in Quality Assurance, before moving to United Airlines, where the individual held several managerial positions, including Manager of eCommerce New Technology. Carlos Faxas earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida in 2009.
