Catherine Lau

Catherine Lau has extensive experience in the airline industry, currently serving as Manager, Crew Operations Modernization - IFS Pay at Air Canada since May 2005. Throughout a progressive career at Air Canada, Catherine has held various managerial roles, including Manager of Crew Pay for Flight Attendants and Crew Pay Manager, focusing on training standards, mentorship, and team building. Earlier roles included Cabin Crew Training Specialist and Inflight Service Training Instructor, where responsibilities included conducting training, evaluating performance, and supporting customer service objectives. Catherine began a career in customer service as a Retail Merchandiser at Saputo Inc. and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Management from the University of Guelph.
