Graeme Bent

Graeme Bent is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in managing innovative solutions and services. Currently serving as the Director of End User Services at Air Canada since June 2012, Graeme leads the Windows 10 migration project and has successfully implemented best practices for Office 365 in collaboration with Microsoft. Prior roles at Air Canada included IT Innovations Solutions Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing the deployment of Office 365 and managing email migrations. Graeme’s career also encompasses roles as a Bookkeeper and Web Analyst, with a foundational education in Psychology from Concordia University.
