Marlon Candido G. is a seasoned product management professional with significant experience in the technology and transportation sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Product Manager for Air Canada's Cargo Digital Platform since May 2022, Marlon leads a cross-functional team in driving digital transformation initiatives and has overseen the successful execution of 18 projects in 24 months. Prior to this role, Marlon held the position of Senior Product Owner, enhancing systems for both Cargo and Passenger Service Operations. Marlon co-founded WayV Tecnologia, where, as Head of Product from 2018 to 2022, strategic direction was provided in developing an innovative platform for quality monitoring across various industries. Marlon's earlier career includes pivotal roles at Vtours GmbH, RNP, and other organizations, contributing to software development and architectural design. Marlon holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina and a Bachelor's degree in Data Processing from the Federal University of Technology - Parana.
