Najib Mozahem

Najib Mozahem is a seasoned data analyst and educator with a strong background in data sciences, management, and organizational theory. Currently serving as a Senior Data Analyst at Air Canada since May 2022, Najib previously held roles as an Instructor at Greystone College and an Assistant Professor at Qatar University, where undergraduate courses in management were taught and research papers authored using Stata and R. With experience as a Data Scientist at Dun & Bradstreet, Najib consulted on data analysis projects for financial institutions. Prior academic appointments include teaching quantitative modeling at Rafik Hariri University and developing online courses. Najib founded Smart Kudzu, creating web-based accounting systems, and managed operations at Sweets Palace, scaling staff significantly. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Organizational Theory from Durham University, an MBA from Manchester Business School, and a BE in Telecommunications Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
